Pride is an equal opportunity employer looking for competent and experienced individuals to fill the position of Supervisor E-Banking Operations.
The Supervisor E Banking Operations will report to the Manager E Banking Operations and will be based at Head office. He/she will
be accountable for the oversight and monitoring of e-banking transactions, daily reconciliation of e-banking and back-office accounts, effective management of float accounts, ensuring optimal efficiency and acceptable levels of uptime for all channel related systems
Specific responsibilities include:
- Responsible for effective controls within the E-Banking channels so that service is delivered within regulatory and legal requirements and internal operational risk management guidelines.
- Supervise reconciliation processes in order to assess the strength of the controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the Business Technology teams and other relevant functions to deliver customer awareness programs within the E Banking channels to incidents of frauds and forgeries.
- Coordinate with the units developing and integrating E Banking delivery channels for Bank products and services in a way of testing and making sure that all the required back office modalities like transaction reporting and descriptions are accurate.
- Identify risk factors and establish frameworks to mitigate risk in the department making sure there is a faster mechanism in place to enable quick and early detection and escalation of issues when they arise.
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of regulatory and any other assigned reports.
- Monitor and report on activity of individual product under e-banking operations.
- Responsible for audit, risk and BOU findings/ reports and helping resolve issues raised as well as ensuring no repeat findings.
Minimum academic qualifications, Experience & competences
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline
- Experience in card and E-Banking business
- At least 4 years of banking experience with at least 2 years in E banking operations.
- Should possess interpersonal and communication skills.
