EXPERIENCE: ENTRY LEVEL
Responsible for handling customer financial transactions, customer queries and creating opportunities for cross selling.
Responsibilities:
- To receive deposits, credit client accounts and file supporting documentation.
- Accurately systematically and chronically file all transaction documents.
Carry our daily till cash reconciliation between system and physical cash. - Cross sell and market existing and new bank products to clients who visit the till.
- To disburse cash to clients using vouchers raised by clients with relevant authorization.
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Consistently approaches work with energy and positive, constructive attitude
- Proven initiative, good judgement and confidence
- Positive and constructive attitude towards work
- Great people management skills.
Academic Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a bachelors degree from A recognized insitution.
