Basic Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health, with valid registration with the relevant professional council.
- Experience in a busy setting of at least 1 year
- An honest and self-driven person that values life above all.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities, proficient in medical procedures, and adept at managing diverse medical conditions.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and health team members.
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and lead healthcare teams and support facility management.
- Sound clinical judgment, analytical thinking, and quick decision making skills.
- Dedication to providing patient-centered, ethical, and high quality healthcare services in line with established protocols.
