Job Description

Work Station: Jinja

Key Responsibilities

1. Mobilize and recruit clients for group and individual loans.
2. Conduct loan appraisals, disbursements, and collections.
3. Monitor loan performance and ensure portfolio quality.
4. Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate client records.
5. Educate clients on financial literacy and savings culture.

Minimum Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Microfinance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in lending or field operations.
3. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
