a) Academic Qualifications
- Honors Bachelor’s in Secretarial Studies OR Bachelor’s in Information & Office Management or equivalent
b) Work Experience

Duties and Responsibilities
- Take dictation, transcribe and type drafts
- Prepare reports, presentations and minutes
- Operate and manage office facilities/equipment
- Draft responses to routine correspondence and disseminate information
- Ensure security of records, documents and equipment
- Plan/monitor programs, activities and appointments
- Receive/attend to visitors and clients; dispatch documents
- Maintain and account for office imprest
