Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Gym & Spa Manager to lead our wellness department with excellence. This role demands strategic leadership, operational oversight and a passion for delivering premium service in a luxury hospitality setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and drive departmental growth.
- Promote Gym & Spa services with a deep understanding of our clientele to boost revenue and membership.
- Develop strategies to attract new members and retain loyal clients through exceptional service and staff engagement.
- Supervise staff performance, scheduling, training, and wellbeing. Step in during peak hours when needed.
- Enforce SOPs, conduct safety audits, and ensure staff are trained in safety protocols.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or diploma in Health Sciences, Sports, Spa & Gym Management, Physiotherapy, Cosmetology, or related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in a luxury Spa & Gym setting (4-5 star hotel) at middle or senior management level
- Proven expertise in Spa & Gym operations and team leadership
