Job DescriptionCoca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is the largest African Coca-Cola Bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on
the continent. Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda /CCBU is a subsidiary of CCBA, and we are currently seeking to recruit a Route
to Market Specialist.
As a Route to Market Specialist, you will report directly to the Country Lead Route to Market.

Support the sales team through Route to Market Execution, Secondary distribution, Execution elements of Innovation,
Commercial digital agenda, including Sales Automation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities• Provide 360 degrees oversight over the OCCDs in the assigned region.
• Spearhead Innovation projects
• Drive the commercial digital agenda, including Sales Automation.
• Identify, codify and deploy best practices, core processes and enabling systems.
• Design and deploy capability building assets, including learning solutions, development programs, working
• Train, support and coach local Sales teams to adopt and use frameworks, tools, assets and best practices.
• Measure and benchmark key dimensions of sales performance.
• Provide specialist support for complex projects, including business development.
• Support the RTM Manager in providing thought leadership and content that shapes business strategy and plans.
Skills, Experience & EducationEducation:

Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Information Technology, Marketing or any
relevant discipline.
Added advantage: Post graduate qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum requirement: Minimum 5 years of Sales and
Distribution in a busy and competition environment, preferably
FMCG.
• Experience in the use of systems. Knowledge of MSD will be an
added advantage.
• Strong knowledge and skill in data analysis and management
• Experience in reporting
