Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing 360° GTM plans based on approved strategies and creative concepts.
  • Ensure clear communication of activities and execution standards to internal teams.
  • Plan and execute brand communications across digital, social, print, and outdoor channels.
  • Develop and refine brand messaging aligned with corporate vision.
  • Provide copywriting support and ensure consistency in tone, voice, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop campaigns and brand assets.
  • Support brand reputation efforts and build positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Liaise with agencies and vendors, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timely payment processing.
  • Act as an internal and external brand ambassador.
  • Assist in managing brand intellectual property and maintaining content integrity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver brand initiatives.
  • Support teams in setting SMART goals and preparing quality reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends and communication technologies.
  • Promote Ubuntu and uphold company values.

Academic Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • CIM certification is an added advantage
  • 2–4 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
  • Creative, proactive, and innovative.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
