Job Description

EXPERIENCE: ENTRY LEVEL

Responsible for handling customer financial transactions, customer queries and creating opportunities for cross selling.

Responsibilities:

• To receive deposits, credit client accounts and file supporting documentation.
• Accurately systematically and chronically file all transaction documents.
  Carry our daily till cash reconciliation between system and physical cash.
• Cross sell and market existing and new bank products to clients who visit the till.
• To disburse cash to clients using vouchers raised by clients with relevant authorization.

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Consistently approaches work with energy and positive, constructive attitude
• Proven initiative, good judgement and confidence
• Positive and constructive attitude towards work
• Great people management skills.

Academic Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a bachelors degree from A recognized insitution.
