PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This role is responsible for carrying out and overseeing all procedures and processes related to custodial transactions and banking operations within the unit, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the bank’s financial performance.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB
- Relationship Management (Internal and External)
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, including branch services, digital platforms, outsourced functions, and industry products.
- Strong grasp of corporate culture, including stakeholder identification and relationship management.
- Familiarity with financial market instruments and products. In-depth knowledge of transaction workflows, related processes, and the interdependencies that enhance the customer experience.
