Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide product/service information and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in any field (customer service experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under supervision.
Good problem-solving skills.
Salary: UGX 300,000 basic
Allowance: UGX 100,000
