HGO Uganda is hiring Customer Care Agents

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  2. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  3. Provide product/service information and support to clients.
  4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in any field (customer service experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision.

Good problem-solving skills.

Salary: UGX 300,000 basic

Allowance: UGX 100,000
