Job Description
Customer Relationship Officers (Graduate Trainees) Western, South western, Eastern, Nothern and Central Uganda
- Conduct thorough household and business surveys to assess loan eligibility, onboard new clients, form groups, and evaluate guarantors by visiting their homes.
- Prepare loan proposals, ensure complete documentation for disbursement, facilitate deposit mobilization and client enrollment in digital services. Follow up on loan repayments to ensure clients meet their obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of loans, deposits, and digital enrollments. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, ensure proper filing of all client-related documents, and adhere to BRAC Uganda Bank’s policies and procedures for smooth operations.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, local leaders, and communities. Deliver excellent customer service, promote BRAC Uganda Bank’s model, and ensure timely reporting from both field and satellite office.
- Continuously learn and apply the BRAC values, along with a deep understanding of the bank’s various policies and procedures, to improve service delivery, client relations and regulatory compliance.

- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance or any other related field.
- Strictly fresh graduates from university or College.
- Positive attitude, good communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to write reports
