Job Description
Reporting To Production Officer/ Business Unit Manager, The Successful Candidate Will;
Key Result Areas:
- Accurately enter and update data related to production, inventory and other relevant manufacturing processes into the company’s databases or information management systems.
- Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to obtain necessary data and resolve data-related issues.
- Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data for analysis and decision-making purposes.
- Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data management systems or tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to data entry and management.
- Maintain the daily consumption track with system and physical and report on shift and daily basis.
- Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by your supervisor.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk, data operator, or similar role.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry tools.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and related data is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience/ exposure in Ability to handle large volumes of data and work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work independently should have excellent skills, effective communication skills, sound decision-making skills and ability to work on the field
