Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital and Innovations Manager to lead our  digital marketing efforts and spearhead innovative projects that will drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in both digital marketing and innovation within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and conversions. This includes SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Innovation Leadership: Identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance our business operations, product offerings, and market competitiveness.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing and innovation initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and execution of digital and innovation strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest ROI.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and innovation to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Innovation, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within an agency or industry setting.
  • Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns and innovative projects.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
