Job Description

JOB TITLE:  FIELD INTERVIEWERS (45)

JOB REFERENCE: UBOS/DPSS/NGPSS – FI/09/24

REPORTS TO:  Field Supervisor

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Temporary (Three Months)

Job Summary:

To undertake effective NGPSS Data collection as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Result Areas

• Participate in all training sessions.
• Locate the assigned Households in the work allocation.
• Collect information in all the assigned areas.
• Ensure that all the Field materials/ equipment are properly handled, used, and returned to the supervisor after the enumeration exercise.
• Document any challenges and report immediately
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE)
• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least a Credit in Mathematics and English
• Certificate in Computer applications is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 1 years’ experience of continuous data collection.

Skills and other attributes

• Good computer knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Must be available exclusively for the NGPSS activity.
