Job Description
CSBAG is a coalition formed in 2004 to bring together CSOs at national and district levels to influence government decisions on resource mobilization and utilization for equitable and sustainable development. CSBAG annually runs a program for graduate trainees for every six months with the purpose of providing them with hands-on training and skills to give them higher chances of being employed in better institutions. Therefore, CSBAG seeks to recruit 3 graduate trainees to work with the secretariat for 6 months. He/she will provide support to the organization.
The Finance Accounts Graduate Trainee at CSBAG will support the organization in managing day-to-day financial transactions. This role involves frequent interactions with staff across various departments and external stakeholders such as bank officials and suppliers. The trainee must be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of financial management policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- An Honors bachelor’s degree in either Commerce or finance (Accounting option) or Business Administration from recognized institution
- Full professional qualification in accounting such as ACCA, CPA, ACIS and CPE ongoing or full obtained well be an additional advantage
