Food and Beverage Controller

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage cost control
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure effective cost management
• Proficiency in relevant software for stock and cost control

As a Food and Beverage Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage items are managed efficiently, overseeing stock levels, analyzing consumption data, and working to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
