Job Summary:
As General Manager, you will oversee the overall strategy, operations, and performance of Sauti Plus. You will lead our team, drive business development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive business development, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 8 years experience with at least 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of leadership and business growth.
- Strong understanding of the Social Behavioural Change Communications and media production landscape.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
