About the Role: Trifecta Security Ltd, a fast-growing security services provider in Uganda, is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead its strategic growth and operational excellence. This senior leadership role involves overseeing business development, financial performance, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security strategies and business growth plans
• Lead market expansion and revenue generation initiatives
• Manage daily operations, budgets, and service delivery standards
• Drive innovation in security technologies and systems
• Mentor staff and foster a culture of professionalism and accountability
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and law enforcement agencies
• Lead crisis management and incident response efforts

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or armed services
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master’s preferred
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities
• Expertise in security technologies and risk assessment
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of Uganda’s security sector and regulatory environment
