Responsibilities:

•  Design and create high-quality visuals for print media including brochures, posters, banners, and flyers.
• Develop outdoor media assets such as billboards and signage, ensuring high visibility and brand alignment.
• Create publication materials like newsletters, annual reports, and magazines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise designs that resonate with Ruby Hospital’s branding and messaging.
• Participate in CSR fieldwork to gain a deeper understanding of project contexts and create authentic designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, print technology, and outdoor advertising strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on print media, outdoor media, and publication design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and outdoor media projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Ruby Hospital’s unique brand requirements
