Job Description

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Sound knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Experience in staff training and development is a plus.
