Main Purpose:

To drive Enterprise Sales with strong bias to Indian speaking customers for enterprise bundled solutions in building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers through proper understanding and delivering on their communication requirements.

Job Title: Key Account Manager – Indian Accounts, Enterprise Sales 

Reports to: Senior Manager – Large Enterprises

Main Job Functions:

  • Set, deliver and track sales targets as aligned with company business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs/and requirements and identifying new opportunities.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure Account retention.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
  • Provide superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular customer service meetings to assess performance and operational conditions.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular performance reports to management using key account metrics.

Leadership / Managerial Tasks

  • Manage and ensure adherence to turnaround Time in responding to bids.
  • Taking Initiative to drive results.
  • Review documentation submitted to understand customer requirements.
  • Engage other stakeholders for better quality submissions of bids.
  • Manage customer relationships in terms of service level delivery.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/ engineering or computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university,
  • Ability to execute targeted trade activations with other team members.
  • Understanding of acquisition and marketing strategies in both Corporate, MNCs, Government-MDAs and SME market segments

Experience:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Sales with telecoms and Fintech products knowledge
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, documentation skills required.
  • Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a Sales environment.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in executing trade activations in malls, offices and door to door activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication in Indian Languages with negotiation and presentation skills
  • Understanding of financial, legal and contractual aspects of tendering and the operational implications
  • Hands on experience in sales, account management and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of the market and industry; and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to function under pressure and adherence to deadlines.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Teamwork & and focus on delivering superior customer experience.
