Job Description

Are you a skilled and creative leader with a passion for digital content and media strategy? HGO Company Ltd is seeking an experienced Media Manager to lead our media team and oversee the creation, distribution, and performance of all our content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the media team in planning, producing, and distributing multimedia content (video, audio, graphics, etc.).
• Develop and execute a media strategy aligned with company goals and campaign targets.
• Supervise content creation across social media, YouTube, TV, radio, and web platforms.
• Ensure all media content complies with copyright laws and brand standards.
• Analyze media performance and provide regular reports with insights and improvements.
• Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and production agencies.
• Coordinate with other departments for brand messaging, campaigns, and events.
• Stay updated on media trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in media management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in digital content strategy, campaign execution, and media production.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photo-shop, After Effects).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, strategic thinker with an eye for detail and brand consistency
