Job Summary:
The Media Operations Manager will oversee all media-related operations including content strategy, team coordination, campaign performance, and brand communication. You will lead the media team, ensure the creation of engaging and compliant content, and align media output with marketing and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic media plans that support business goals.
- Supervise and guide media team members (videographers, editors, designers, content writers).
- Oversee video production, digital storytelling, and campaign content delivery.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright regulations and brand guidelines.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) for media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with campaign objectives.
- Manage media budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to develop original and engaging ideas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media operations, content production, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of copyright law, content rights, and original content creation.
- Proven experience in managing teams and meeting media targets.
- Excellent skills in project management, team leadership, and communication.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- A results-driven mindset with a portfolio of past campaigns/projects.
