General Summary
The Office Assistant supports in the provision of general office operations, including maintaining the office premises clean).
Key Responsibilities
- Photocopying documents and materials
- Delivers and collects documents, supplies and paper work as directed.
- Keeps office area clean and tidy
- Maintains a clean compound
- Maintains the offices and rooms immaculately clean
- Perform work related errands as requested
Academic Qualifications
- • Uganda Certificate of Education with a credit in English.
Person Specification
- Very clean and tidy
- Experience in cleaning and working / serving a diverse range of people in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to take instructions
- Ability to use personal judgment
- Able to work hours outside of the standard work day as required
