Responsible for the day-to-day support activities for Finacle, TBMS, MOBY and Borderless Banking.
- Ensure stability of the core banking system.
- To uphold confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Information Technology environment
- Implement the new rates and pricing tariffs
- Performs troubleshooting and provision of solutions to internal customers as required.
- Raise and support in resolution of defects picked up.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Information Technology and or any computer related field.
- Extensive general technical knowledge of information technology infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the business climate and technology needs in the global enterprise.
- Good knowledge on the AIX UNIX environment
- Experience in Service Management Domain specific technology experience Level 2 technical support
- Advanced knowledge in managing relational databases (Oracle)
