Job Description
Reporting to the Head – Culture Transformation, the job holder will support the Head of Culture Transformation in driving initiatives that embed dfcu Bank’s culture. The role will support the execution, coordination, and tracking of programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. This includes supporting engagement activities, values alignment, communications, recognition, and cultural measurement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Culture Program Support
- Support and coordinate implementation of the Bank’s culture strategy.
- Coordinate activities and initiatives aimed at promoting cultural alignment across teams.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for culture related campaigns, events, and programs.
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Support the rollout of employee engagement surveys and the follow-up on action plans.
- Help coordinate initiatives that foster employee wellbeing, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Work closely with internal communications and HR to ensure consistent messaging around culture and values.
Behavioural Initiatives
- Support in embedding the behavioural expectations through day-to-day practices and communication.
- Support facilitation of team workshops and activities that reinforce desired behaviours.
Learning, Recognition & Storytelling
- Coordinate learning sessions, recognition programs, and storytelling initiatives that reflect the organization’s culture.
- Capture and document success stories and examples of values in action for internal sharing.
Performance Culture Support
- Work with the Head of Culture and P&C Business Partners to support the implementation of performance management processes that reflect the organization’s culture.
- Assist in communication, tracking, and reporting of performance-related milestones such as goal setting, mid-year reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Support awareness campaigns and training efforts around performance expectations, values-driven performance, and manager capability.
Culture Monitoring & Reporting
- Support data collection efforts for culture metrics, pulse checks, and employee feedback.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations to track progress against culture goals.
- Maintain accurate records of cultural initiatives and outcomes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or other Humanities.
- A post Graduate Degree in Human Resources.
- Masters or Specialized certifications will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal communications, or organizational development.
- Exposure to organizational culture or change programs is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Understanding performance management and its link to culture.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to track and report on multiple activities.
- Creative, collaborative, and people centered.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and facilitating small group sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems or survey tools is an advantage.
