Main Purpose:
To lead Go-to-Market and Business Development activities for MTN Digital Platform Services.

Job Title: Platform Specialist- Business Development
Reports to: Manager – Digital Platforms

Main Job Functions:
- To lead and manage activities to drive growth of MTN Advertising client base AND Revenue.
- To implement channels and activities to identify B2B prospects and leads for MTN Advertising services.
- To implement measures that accelerate conversion of Prospects and Leads into committed MTN advertising clients.
- To plan and execute Go-to-Market activities to awareness and client acquisition for MTN Advertising services.
- To build and nurture relationships with strategic B2B clients for MTN Ads and sales pipeline partners.
- To implement research & Insights on market trends, competition, industry landscape and customer needs as input to product development and enhancement
- To prepare appropriate client presentation, demonstrations, collateral for the different market segments, potential clients, existing clients, and sales partners.
- To manage client relationships and engagements towards repeat usage of services, customer satisfaction, upselling and cross selling of services.
- To support clients in optimizing campaign definition and ensure timely client onboarding, service delivery and resolution of client issues.
- To prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on revenue, sales, and client usage.
- To identify a network of appropriate channels for promoting and accessing MTN Advertising services.
- To identify, onboard and manage strategic content partners for ayoba
Education
A degree in Marketing or a related field from an accredited University; a sales background will provide added advantage.
Work Experience
- Atleast 2 years in a similar or related role in the Telco, Technology or Advertising Sectors
