Job Purpose: Ensure Ranchers Finest products meet the expectations of the customers through implementation of quality assurance systems and continually improving the quality structure, processes.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Conducting inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards
• • Collect and analyse quality control data and provide feedback to the Quality Control team
• • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes
• • Document quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and audits
• • Identify and report any quality control issues or deficiencies to the Quality Control team
• • Assist in investigating and resolving quality control problems, and implementing corrective actions
• • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control standards are met throughout the organization
• • Maintain a clean and organized workspace/ good house keeping
• • Enforce FIFO/FEFO /Stock rotation

Job Qualifications / Skills

• Related Minimum Experience:

• Degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Nutrition and Dietetics.
• ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 qualifications
• HACCP, TACCP, VACCP tools application
• Computer literacy
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
