About the Role:
Quality Chemical Industries Limited (Qcil) is seeking for qualified and motivated individuals to join the Quality Assurance Department as Quality Excellence Officers.
The successful candidates will play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance by supporting quality system implementation, coordinating training programs, and ensuring alignment of quality procedures with applicable regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical industry best practices.
Role Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid practicing license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality excellence, compliance, or quality assurance role within a GMP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Documentation Systems and Quality Management Systems is a distinct advantage
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, cGMP, and regulatory compliance principles (e.g., WHO, NDA, GMP, ISO)
- Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines and quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in root cause analysis and CAPA management
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHow to Apply
