Job Description
Job Purpose
- Carry out market research and analysis to establish trends and explore opportunities and initiatives to meet the set volume and gross profit targets set for the Assigned Region.
- Conduct an accurate price survey for retail & commercial businesses.
- Plan, coordinate and implement business activities for all Assigned retail stations to achieve the set targets.
- Ensure zero damping of products by Dealers by carrying out continuous checks through spot visits and stock monitoring.
- Grow and maintain profitable Non-Fuel Income Businesses at stations in the Assigned Region stations.
- Develop, groom, empower and maintain an efficient and customer-oriented team of dealers, station managers and staff within the region.
- Maintain key customer relationships in the Assigned MOGAS stations including independents.
- Prepare reports relating to the sales performance of the Assigned MOGAS stations and independents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any sales related course.
- At least 2 years experience in a marketing or sales field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Handle multiple tasks & deadlines with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills and professional scepticism.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is an added advantage.
