Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Age Range: Not more than 50
Gender: Open
Reports to: The General Manager
Key Result Areas:
- Developing plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Managing detailed reporting of sales metrics and KPls
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
- Driving the sales team towards high performance
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Defining optimal sales force structure
- Preparing Budgets
- Identifying Sales Opportunities
Competences Required:
- Goal setting and planning
- Strategic Planning
- Sales coaching and mentoring
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Relationship building and networking
- Data analysis and reporting.
