Job Summary:

Talkio Mobile is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to develop and execute regional sales strategies. You’ll oversee staff, dealers, and franchisees, maximizing sales of prepaid airtime, devices, and digital services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead achievement of regional sales targets across all channels.
• Manage and expand Talkio Mobile’s retail network.
• Optimize distribution costs and channel partner efficiency.
• Develop and implement effective training programs.
• Ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction across retail outlets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Marketing/Economics/Business Administration
• 5+ years of sales & distribution experience in telecom services or FMCGs
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & business tools
