Job Requirements

1. A Diploma in Business related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in field sales, customer acquisition
3. Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
4. High level of self-motivation and discipline – able to work independently and meet weekly targets.
5. Ability to move within communities and conduct fieldwork regularly.
6. A passion for growth, customer service, and financial inclusion.
