Powerman Engineering Limited, Uganda’s leading Power & IT solutions provider, is seeking a talented individual to join our sales team. If you have a knack for building strong client relationships, a keen understanding of market trends, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective strategies for selling IT solutions and services.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Seek out and capitalize on new business prospects within the IT sector.
    Maintain and Expand Client Network: Build and nurture relationships with clients to grow and sustain a strong network in the IT industry.
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and surpass sales goals specific to IT products and services.
  • Assist in Preparation of Bids and Tenders: Support the creation and submission of bids and tenders for IT projects

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in IT Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with IT solutions and other software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field
