Job Description

Location: Mpererwe, Uganda
Reports to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, digital, networking, and
    referrals.
  • Attend exhibitions and events to generate leads.

2. Sales Management:

  •  Present and promote properties to prospective clients.
  •  Conduct property site visits with interested buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring timely payment and proper documentation.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  •  Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  •  Address client inquiries and provide professional guidance throughout the buying process.

4. Market Research & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

5. Administrative Duties:

  • Ensure accurate client documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate with administrative teams for transaction finalization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
