Job Description
Location: Mpererwe, Uganda
Reports to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, digital, networking, and
referrals. - Attend exhibitions and events to generate leads.
2. Sales Management:
- Present and promote properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property site visits with interested buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring timely payment and proper documentation.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and provide professional guidance throughout the buying process.
4. Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Ensure accurate client documentation and recordkeeping.
- Coordinate with administrative teams for transaction finalization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
