SPARE PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right spare parts for their vehicles or equipment.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely restocking.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in spare parts sales, automotive or heavy machinery industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts and vehicle/machinery components
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
