ABOUT THE ROLE

Jude Color Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail – oriented Stores Officer with strong knowledge and experience in handling textiles, garments, and related materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining accurate records of all materials and clothing items within the store.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, fabrics, accessories, and finished clothing items.
• Maintain an updated and accurate stock inventory (both physical and digital records).
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all stock items to prevent loss or damage.
• Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions and maintain documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare timely requisitions for replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and prepare stock reports.
• Ensure adherence to company standards on material handling, safety, and cleanliness.
• Liaise with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate actions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or Degree in Stores Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in stores management, preferably in a textile, garment, or fashion – related industry.
• Strong understanding of different types of fabrics, trims, and garment accessories.
• Excellent record-keeping, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
