Telemarketing Officer

Job Description

Chint Uganda is seeking a result-driven Telemarketing Officer, you’ll contact potential customers via phone to promote our products and services, generate leads, build brand awareness and manage client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote products and services by effectively communicating our offerings to potential
  customers.
• Generate business leads by Identify and qualifying new business opportunities
• Conduct Market research by gathering feedback and insights from customers to enhance
  business growth.
• Build relationships with various customers that is nurture leads and close deals
• Collecting contact information and potential customers data
• Ensuring accuracy and relevance of customer data to tailor sales approaches

Requirements

• Experience of 3 years in a similar position
• A second-class upper bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent communication skills and persuasion skills
• Strong product Knowledge
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to understand customer needs and solve their needs
