Supervisor – Telesales Team Leader
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Mogo’s financial products.
- Effectively explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers, tailoring the pitch to suit their specific needs.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Follow up on warm leads and manage a pipeline of prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, in ERP.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business for MOGO.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators (KPls).
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a year’s experience in a Sales and/or customer support role
- Proficiency in customer relationship and its processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer literacy skills
