We also provide services such as land title processing, surveying, and more. Our mission is to deliver accessible and high-quality land options across Uganda, tailored to meet the needs of various buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to drive land sales, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility across Uganda.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, assess client needs, and create location-specific strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a
culture of accountability and excellence.
Sales and Marketing Management
- Lead and oversee all sales and marketing efforts, including online, offline, and direct marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, content, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Engage directly with clients, managing the sales process from inquiry to closing, while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community members, actively promoting the Luba Properties brand on local and digital media platforms.
- Respond to client feedback and inquiries professionally to establish trust and encourage
repeat business.
Operational Oversight
- Manage all day-to-day operations related to land sales, site visits, and client relations.
- Ensure that client interactions, property presentations, and transactions are seamless, professional, and client-focused.
Financial Planning and Reporting
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, optimizing cost-efficiency to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor revenue performance, analyze sales trends, and prepare comprehensive reports
for the executive team.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a management role, preferably within real estate, property development, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales and
marketing strategies.
Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and proven negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in creating innovative, results-oriented marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Ugandan property laws and real estate market dynamics is an asset.
