About:
Ruby Hospital Kampala is a leading healthcare institution committed to providing exceptional medical services. We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team and bring our healthcare stories to life through engaging visuals and animations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and produce content that aligns with Ruby Hospital’s brand identity.
• Edit video content and integrate sound, graphics, and effects for promotional materials.
• Develop creative assets for campaigns including explainer videos, patient education materials, and event highlights.
• Participate in fieldwork to capture real-world footage and understand project requirements firsthand.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve our visual communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation projects.
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and visual design skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Ruby Hospital’s unique brand requirements.
