CALL FOR AWU LOGO RE-DESIGN COMPETITION

Ankole Western University (AWU) is a Private Higher Education Institution of Learning.

It is owned and administered by West Ankole Diocese of the Church of Uganda. It was fully established in 2016.

It is located on Kabwohe Hill, 32Kms along Mbarara – Kasese Road, in Kabwohe Division (Sheema Municipality), Sheema District which forms part of the Greater Bushenyi in South Western Region of Uganda,

AWU offers Masters, Post Graduate Diplomas, Degrees, Diploma Programmes, UBTEB

Courses, Certificate Programmes.

In addition, the University runs Short Courses which are all designed to impart hands-on skills and develop professionals on entrepreneurship, leadership, innovations, critical thinking, academic excellence, integrity and outstanding academic training that transform communities.

TARGET:

The logo has to be modern, summarise the objectives and incorporate design elements relevant to our mission.

ELIGIBILITY:

• The Contest is open to all Creative Ugandans (Individuals/Teams).
• Participants can submit more than 1 logo but must separate submissions.
• A Description of the logo must be submitted, not exceeding 250 words.
• Logo should be original and NOT previously published; shall not include any material that is copyright protected.

PRIZE: The winner will receive 1 Million Cash Prize and Special Recognition.
Deadline for Submission: 31st December 2024
The file size should not exceed 2MBs
