Job Overview

• We invite applications for a Field Sales Officer role, responsible for driving sales and promoting MOGO’s financing products. Applicants must be hailing from or willing to work in Ndeeba, Wakiso, Wobulenzi, Masaka, Mubende, Masindi, Hoima, or Iganga.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of MOGO’s financing products to potential customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
  • Work closely with the sales team on campaigns that align with the company’s objectives
    Provide training and support to new clients on MOGO’s financing processes and usage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of a year’s experience in sales or business development
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on results.
