Job Description
The Regional Coordinator-Agri Finance Product will be responsible regional sales targets for Agri Finance Product.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel towards attainment of their sales, PAR, Active Associates and client base targets.
- Review, approve and ensure execution of marketing route plans.
- Ensure early bird sessions are conducted in all Branches, and foster succession planning through employee empowerment and ensure high employee energy levels
- Continuous training, mentoring and coaching of sales team in the region
- Ensure that Loan rejection rate is below 10% on a monthly basis through continuous review of rejection reports to mitigate repeat /re-occurrence of the same
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
- A professional qualification in sales and marketing will be added advantage.

- Sales Management Skills of Direct Sales; Recruitment; Promotional Skills; Account Management; Customer Service; and Entrepreneurship.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and E-mail
- Leadership and supervisory skills
