The Role:

Join our passionate team as a Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in our growth! You’ll be responsible for expanding our network by building relationships with waste collection companies, businesses, and residents. Through engaging presentations, you’ll showcase the benefits of the Waste Konnect platform, convert leads into loyal customers, and ensure their seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Target and connect with potential clients across waste collection companies, businesses, and residential areas.
  • Captivate audiences with compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and onboarding customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maintain a unified message.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and achieve performance goals.
  • Gather valuable customer feedback and communicate it to optimize the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or waste management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
  • Knowledge of the waste management industry or local market is a plus.
